What a fantastic experience we had at this pet boarding service! As a first-time boarder, I was anxious about leaving my cat. The cat area was bright, with cozy spots for relaxation and plenty of climbing spaces for play. Throughout the stay, they sent me updates and photos, which eased my worries tremendously. My cat came home looking healthy and happy! The only minor issue I had was that the check-in process could be a little slow during peak times. But honestly, the care and attention my pet received far outweighed that slight inconvenience. I recently boarded my dog at a nearby pet clinic, and I was really impressed! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They took the time to ask about my dog’s preferences and habits, which made me feel more comfortable leaving him there. The play area was spacious, and it was clear the dogs were well taken care of. My only feedback would be about the communication; I would have loved to receive a confirmation email after booking. Still, I couldn’t be happier with how my dog was treated.
